Our expertly trained staff is standing by and ready to help with any warrant-able item in your new home that needs repair. 

Legacy uses many reputable name brand manufacturers throughout each Peak Performance Home including Bosch, Delta, Shaw, Benjamin Moore, Daltile and more. In some cases the manufacturers warranty may exceed the Legacy DCS warranty. For your convenience, a comprehensive list has been placed in your Home Ownership Binder containing contact information for each manufacturer. 

Our team wants to keep you informed during every step of the building process. That’s why we host multiple performance walks with our customers explaining each step of the construction process and educating on routine home maintenance. These performance walks include:
